- Occupy oneself in a desultory but pleasant manner, doing a number of small tasks.
- Move or go in a casual, unhurried way: "the duck putters on the surface of the pond".
What an awesome way to approach early labor! After steady light contractions most of the day Thursday, Momma had a peaceful night and is ready for another day of chill contractions...we will eventually have this baby!
Momma happily went to Red Lobster, my Softball game (even offered to play if we were short on the roster) and did some house work. What a trooper!
Apparently we need this time, because we're still debating names.
