We met our little bundle of joy at 0156 this morning after an intense 3.5
hour labor. Caleb was 7 lbs 5.9 oz, 19 in long at birth, and was
approximately 1 month pre-term. About an hour after birth the staff
pulled Caleb into their nursery because he was showing some difficulty
breathing. They monitored his blood oxygen levels and breathing patterns
until approximately 13oo today when they returned him to our care.
My intent is for the time being to use this blog as a central hub for pictures
and updates on our little Caleb until we get a secondary location up and running.
